A new Gionee smartphone has been certified by Chinese certification and regulatory authority TENAA, revealing some of its key specs. Powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU, the device sports a 5-inch (1280 × 720 pixel resolution) IPS display. The handset has 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable internal memory, and packs in a 2,400mAh battery. In terms of camera, it features an 8MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. Measuring 144.0 × 71.3 × 8.1 (mm) and weighing in at 155g, the smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
