Casey Foundation's CEO and President Dr. Patrick McCarthy: a respected foundation and philanthropic leader, with expertise in the area of children and family well-being. To date, the Annie E. Casey Foundation has invested billions of dollars in improving and innovating the foster care and child welfare systems.
